Student Art Month:

From the Art Department: March is Student Art Month! - Several L&G artists will have artwork on display for the month of March. 2D work will be exhibited at the River Garden and 3D work will be shown at Vermont Artisans Gallery, Upstairs. The shows will open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 2nd to coincide with Gallery Walk.

"Raise the Bar"

will be coming to 9th, 10th and 11th grade advisories at 12:50 today.

Scholarship Opportunities

Attention Seniors: Applications are available for the Mt. Lebanon Order of Eastern Star Scholarship. See Mary Martin for an application. Applications are available for the American Legion of Vermont Scholarship. See Mary Martin. For seniors planning on attending a trade or technical school: Sons of the American Legion scholarship. Applications are available for the American Association of University Women Scholarship. All young women who will be entering a four-year undergraduate degree program or two-year associate degree program are eligible to apply. Deadline is April 20, 2018. Law and Order Cadet Training Program

The American Legion of Vermont sponsors the Vermont Law Cadet Training Program. Students must be a minimum of 16 years of age to apply. See Mary Martin for more information.

March 19th, 6-9pm

On March 19th from 6-9pm the Windham County Sheriff will be conducting a training exercise at Leland & Gray. The solo festival in Dutton and softball practice in the Main Gym will still take place but please note there will be deputies and cruisers at the school in uniform at or near the school. The public will likely see a significant number of deputies and cars near the school. This training is not in response to any particular event or events within the region, state or country.

Attention all Middle School Girl Softball Players Meeting during Middle School Luch on Monday 3/19. Meet in the C-level Lobby. This meeting will be for you to meet your coach (Ms. R) before she goes to China and so she can give you some information about the season.
